I’m sure it’s very interesting, I caught the odd word. But even on full volume I couldn’t hear it properly! Can you turn it up?

  Dear Janie Hampton, apologies for the sound problem. Others have mentioned having the same issue – we will work to ensure future interviews are filmed with volume at a higher level. In the meantime earphones do seem to help.
